Wednesday 13th November 2013 :

Arrival of Irish and French colleagues, installation and ice-breaking contact during the  dinner.

Thursday 14th November :

9am to 10 am : Presentation and history of the project by the French participants.

Presentation and discovery of French students’ works.

Discovery of the website http://fpbi.jimdo.com/sitemap/ and its use.

 

Common decision to change the initial project and its schedule owing to a decrease of partners (from 11 to 3) and changing of project director. ( Christine Morales succeeds to Ana Maria Cuello Alonso)

 

10am to 12 : 00

Setting up of two working groups :

        Coordinators, objectives and schedule

        Different teams members, “speed dating “to know each other and different study subjects came out

 

12.30 :

Exchange with Dutch teachers (Latin, sciences, arts ) during a meal prepared and served by Françoise Vogelaar’s students. (cf appendix 1 ) Welcoming speech by Mr Grundeken the headmaster. Invitation to the ceremony of the next day by Mr Wim van Nispen, coordinator ELOS, about the Franco-German project that began 10 years ago. Its grand final will be the inauguration of the column of Tolerance in front of the highschool the following day.

 

14pm :

Plenary session and presenting of morning workshops.

Preparation of a work schedule and modification of the work program. ( cf appendix 2)

 

Friday 15th November :

8.30am to 9.30am :

Exchange between the different teams members.

9.30am to 10.30am :

Tour of the school in French by Françoise Vogelaar’s students.

10.30am to 11am :

Presentation of  Henk Kleinrouweler’s  bridge class (use of interactive whiteboards and mobile phone by the students )

 

11.30am :

Inauguration of the Column of Tolerance and speeches in english by Mr the headmaster of Den Haag Highschool, Mr the headmaster of the German highschool partner, Mrs Nava Hinrichs (The Hague Process on refugees and Migration) and a municipality spokesman of Den Haag. Unveiling of the Pillar, dance show ( Stromae,  “Papaoutai “) and singing performance ( "La quête" ) by students from the Highschool.

Meal with the officials.

1.30pm :

Stéphanie, the music teacher, presents three animations with her students : a French rap song  introducing the Netherlands ( cf appendix 3 : the lyrics ) and rhythmical reading.

Last plenary session and evaluation of the meeting.
